At SH Condiments LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer experience. Due to the perishable nature of our sauces, we do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue. Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
All food products are final sale and cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
